Farmàcia Guitart ofereix als seus clients, a través de la present pàgina web, la possibilitat de realitzar la compra online dels seus productes de farmàcia i parafarmàcia, entre altres.

L’accés i utilització de la botiga online de Farmàcia Guitart impliquen l’acceptació per part de l’usuari dels termes i condicions generals que s’estableixen a la present.

Els presents termes i condicions podran ser modificats de forma unilateral en qualsevol moment per Farmàcia Guitart.

Política de preus i ofertes:

1. Els preus dels productes exposats a la present pàgina web són els finals i per tant s’indiquen amb impostos inclosos. Els preus podran ser revisats i modificats en qualsevol moment si les condicions així ho requereixen i l’operador ho considera oportú.

2. Els preus exposats exclouen les despeses d’enviament dels productes. El preu de venta al públic, juntament amb les despeses de compra, s’indicarà abans de validar el pagament de la mateixa.

3. Els productes en oferta es mostraran tant amb el preu original com amb el preu en oferta.

4. L’operador es reserva el dret a decidir quins productes es volen oferir i podrà en qualsevol moment incloure’n de nous o retirar els que consideri.

Política de devolucions - Dret de desistiment:

1. De conformitat amb la Llei 13/2003 de competència efectiva i protecció del consumidor, el client té dret a exercir el dret de desistiment en les següents condicions.

2. El comprador disposa d’un termini de deu (10) dies hàbils a comptar des de la data de recepció del producte per exercir el dret de desistiment de la compra posant-se en contacte amb la Farmàcia Guitart mitjançant el correu electrònic info@farmaciaguitart.com.

3. Per tal de poder exercitar el dret de desistiment, el producte s’enviarà juntament amb la factura o alabarà, i amb l’embalatge original, sempre i quan estigui en perfecte estat i sense utilitzar.

4. La devolució del producte suposarà el retorn de l’import pagat en forma de val de compra pel valor del producte per a futures compres, canvi de producte o retorn de l’import del producte a la targeta de crèdit mitjançant la qual es va realitzat el pagament. Tan aviat com es rebi el producte retornat, si reuneix els requisits per a la devolució, procedirà al retorn de l’import de compra.

5. Seran a càrrec del comprador els costos de devolució del producte.

6. No s’admetrà la devolució de productes catalogats com a medicaments, ni aquells personalitzats segons les necessitats dels consumidors.

L'User de l'aplicació pot pagar gràcies al sistema TPV virtual mitjançant targetes de crèdit (VISA, MASTERCARD), així com mitjançant altres formes de pagament posades a disposició a la Plataforma.
